Return & Exchange

Eligibility

• If you don’t like the product in front of delivery person you can return to him instantly.
• Exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Customised orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

How to Request a Exchange

1.Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number.

2.We will arrange a Exchange pickup from your address.

3. A exchange shipping charge of 100 Tk for small items & 300 Tk for large parcel will apply. This can be deducted from your refund or paid in advance.

Important Notes

1.Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
2.Exchange requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
